The RT7100 is an application-specific processor for PMSM/BLDC motor control applications. It integrates ARM 32-bit Cortex-M0 core and peripheral circuits to perform FOC and Sensorless motor control. The IC has integrated various system level peripheral functions, such as ADC, DAC, communication interface, SVPWM, watchdog timer, current sensing, undervoltage-lockout (UVLO), over-current protection (OCP) and motor lock protection so as to reduce component count, board space and system cost. By utilizing these features, the RT7100 provides a unique selection in a wide-range of motor drive applications. The RT7100 is available in a TSSOP-28 package.
